2. Matrimonial Valuation
When there is a dispute over the value of the matrimonial home following divorce proceedings , the two sets of solicitors representing the two parties often decide to appoint a single, joint expert acting for the Court, pursuant to section 35 of the Civil Procedures Rules 1998

Contact our residential dept for a truly independent valuation.

3. Probate Valuation
Following the death of any person, before the proceeds of the deceased’s estate can be dealt with a probate valuation may in some cases be required, particularly if the Deceased died intestate.

An independent chartered surveyor will be required to perform such a valuation and Allied McKeon have vast experience in working with such situations.

4. Valuation for Secured Lending Purposes.
We are able to provide a valuation which a bank or building society will use for secured lending purposes. But you should always first check that your Bank / Building Society are prepared to accept our valuation as they may have their own panel member firms.

These Reports are usually prepared for the Court and involve matters of dispute. It is often the case that the matter will involve the question of professional negligence against a Surveyor carrying out his duties or say the faulty work of a building contractor. Allied McKeon offer such services to solicitors etc to be called in as an Independent Expert.
